All accused in the case related to the passing of Hyderabad advocate Khaja Moizuddin have been granted bail, including prime accused Mujahid Alam Khan.
Mujahid Alam Khan's father, Mahboob Alam Khan, had earlier received bail from the Nampally court on August 13.
Khaja Moizuddin passed away after sustaining critical injuries in a suspected fatal attack at Nampally, Hyderabad, on May 23. The incident took place when Moizuddin stepped out of his residence and was about to enter the driver's seat of his car. At that moment, an SUV allegedly came at high speed and rammed into him.
Hyderabad Police reached the spot and launched an investigation following the incident. Authorities subsequently arrested seven accused, including Mujahid Alam Khan and Mahboob Alam Khan, on allegations of planning the fatal crime over a Waqf property dispute.
With the bail now granted to all seven accused, the case is expected to proceed through the courts.
