Patna: A court in Patna has extended interim protection from arrest for popular educator and YouTuber Khan Sir, whose real name is Faisal Khan, until July 3.
The relief was granted in a case related to a protest held by candidates seeking teacher recruitment. Khan Sir had approached the court after an FIR was registered against him and several others over the incident.
During the hearing, the court decided to continue the earlier order, ensuring that no coercive action is taken against him until the next hearing.
His legal team informed the court that Khan Sir has been cooperating with the investigation and is ready to follow all legal procedures.
The matter will now be heard again on July 3, when the court is expected to consider the case further.
The case remains under investigation, and no final decision has been made.
