Rapido Launches Pink Bike Service in Hyderabad for Women Riders

Rapido has launched its Pink Bike service in Hyderabad, a women-only two-wheeler ride option designed to give women a safer and more comfortable way to commute across the city.
Under the Pink Bike model, rides are matched so that both the captain and the passenger are women. The service is targeted at students and working professionals who often need to travel during late hours and want a dedicated, women-only option for short-distance commuting.
Beyond safer travel, Rapido Pink also opens up an earning avenue for women who want to work as bike captains. The platform imposes no fixed login restrictions, meaning captains can log in and take rides according to their own availability.
On the earnings side, women joining as captains can expect to earn an estimated Rs 400 for two hours of work and Rs 800 for four hours. Rapido is also offering a zero-commission structure, which means captains retain their full ride earnings without any deductions going to the platform.

To attract new captains, the service comes with a joining bonus of up to Rs 5,000, along with additional daily and weekly incentives.
Women interested in signing up as Pink Bike captains can download the Rapido Captain app and register directly through the platform.
