GHMC Garbage Workers Rally in Hyderabad, Police Stop March Near Basheerbagh

<p>GHMC door-to-door garbage collection workers took out a rally in Hyderabad on Saturday afternoon as part of their ongoing protest over pending demands.</p>
<p>The workers had attempted to march towards the Telangana Legislative Assembly, but police stopped them near Basheerbagh. Security had been tightened across the area in view of several protests taking place in the city.</p>
<p>Following the police blockade, the workers changed their route and headed towards Tank Bund, raising slogans in support of their demands as they marched.</p>
