Hyderabad Cab Driver Found Fatally Attacked at Rudraram After Going Missing

<p>A 35-year-old cab driver from Begumpet in Hyderabad, who had been reported missing, was found fatally attacked at Rudraram, under the limits of Patancheru police station, on Saturday, September 12.</p>
<p>The victim has been identified as Rajshekhar, a native of Begumpet who reportedly provided cab services to employees of a software company in the city.</p>
<p>Rajshekhar's family members had approached the Begumpet police station on September 10 with a missing complaint after he failed to return home.</p>
<p>During the course of the investigation, police traced his cab to a location near NH-65 at Budhera in Sangareddy district, approximately 50 kilometres away from where his remains were found. On inspecting the vehicle, officers recovered beer bottles and biryani packets from inside the cab.</p>
<p>Patancheru police have questioned more than a dozen cab drivers as part of the ongoing investigation.</p>
<p>Rajshekhar's remains were shifted to the government hospital in Patancheru for a postmortem examination.</p>
