13-Year-Old Madrasa Student Goes Missing in Hyderabad’s Rein Bazar

Hyderabad: A 13-year-old girl studying at a madrasa has gone missing from Aman Nagar in the Rein Bazar area of Hyderabad, prompting police to launch an investigation.

The girl, identified as Samreen Begum, has been missing since October 24. Her family approached the Rein Bazar police on October 25 to report her disappearance.

Police Register Missing Person Case

Rein Bazar Station House Officer C Nethaji told Siasat.com that police had registered a missing person case and begun an investigation.

During the preliminary inquiry, CCTV footage reportedly showed Samreen walking with an unidentified woman. Police are examining the available information to establish the circumstances surrounding her disappearance and trace her whereabouts.

As of the latest information provided, the girl had not yet been traced.

Separate Incident Involving Three Missing Girls

In a separate incident reported earlier in Hyderabad, three minor girls from migrant worker families went missing from the Domalguda area. They were subsequently traced to Secunderabad railway station with the help of CCTV footage.

The girls, including two sisters and a relative from Chhattisgarh-origin migrant families living in Farid Basti, had left home and failed to return.

Police examined CCTV footage that reportedly showed the girls travelling by autorickshaw from Himayatnagar to Kacheguda railway station. Further footage later placed them at Secunderabad railway station.

Investigation Continues

Police are continuing efforts to locate Samreen and establish what happened after she was reportedly seen with the unidentified woman.

Anyone with credible information about her whereabouts should contact the Rein Bazar police or the nearest police station.

The investigation remains ongoing, and further details are awaited from the police.
