Hyderabad: A chain collision involving six cars on the PVNR Expressway caused significant traffic congestion after one vehicle reportedly lost control and crashed into a roadside pole.
According to preliminary information, the car mounted the road divider before striking the pole and coming to a halt. Five vehicles travelling behind it subsequently collided with one another, resulting in damage to all six cars.
Traffic Disrupted on PVNR Expressway
The accident brought traffic movement on the busy PVNR Expressway to a standstill, leading to a major traffic jam. Although the vehicles sustained heavy damage, no casualties were reported.
Police Clear Damaged Vehicles
Police personnel reached the accident site and began removing the damaged vehicles from the roadway. The affected stretch was subsequently cleared to restore traffic movement.
